On March 5, My husband and I had an appointment with Mr. Carlos Craig for a business account offer. We had an account in the past and closed that last year. We asked if we could earn the bonus for the account offer and he confirmed that and helped to open a business account with the code. Unprofessional and poor service.
They are the best! Excellent Customer Service, very personable, knowledgeable about what I need as a Business owner, and always willing to go the extra mile.
The lady with highlights is EXTREMELY rude someone should teach her some customer service. Don’t come to this location go somewhere else. If I could give a -0 star I would.
