As a 30 year customer of Heinens, I can say that these stores do a superior job with training their workers. It is obvious from the way in which cashiers, checkers, baggers--all have been trained to show respect to their customers. These days, young people more often than not,do not receive ettiquette training. Heinens is UNIQUE in this respect.
