DO NOT USE THIS “BANK”. I PUT $200 cash, 10-$20 bills. The ATM outside of the Countryside branch location on 55th St. I have been banking there for several years accepting that direct deposits and electronic refunds take 10 days for them to resolve. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income, for me to have $200 at the end of the month is unusual, using the ATM was habit. This bank refuses to do a thing other than file a dispute on themselves. Took in a lunch box of change,teller right off the bat complaining, then she told me dropped in the back room ,bought me a handful of change back, don't know why complained more, she had a bab attitude, don't have that problem in orland park, you see the change machine all the time
