Took in a lunch box of change,teller right off the bat complaining, then she told me dropped in the back room ,bought me a handful of change back, don't know why complained more, she had a bab attitude, don't have that problem in orland park, you see the change machine all the time
Great service and very friendly. Can't beat face to face with a real person. I'm not the biggest account holder, but I'm always treated like my business matters.

Due to a scam attempt, I wanted to close out my bank account and reopen another. US Bank employee made this a very pleasant experience. She was a good listener, friendly and understanding.
