Very good friendly teller and nice bank
Visited the Countryside Branch today to make a deposit inside. Had the pleasure to meet Christina and Lucy. Over the top customer service by these 2 women. Was a Chase customer until 2 years ago. Opened a account at the Downers Grove branch. Another great experience with Raquel. US Bank is the friendliest bank ive ever banked at. US Bank give you a 10 Chase. Zero
Do not go to this branch. They are not helpful and don’t care about us, the customers!
