I am a U.S. Bank customer and recently requested $51 in rolled coin (3 rolls of quarters, 3 rolls of dimes, and 3 rolls of nickels). I was told by the branch manager that rolled coin is only available to business customers and that providing it to me would be a “one-time courtesy" since I'm not a business customer. Afterward, I contacted U.S. Bank customer service and was advised that coin availability is generally based on branch inventory and that there is no corporate cap or restriction that was communicated to me. The tellers are very nice but the service inside is painfully slow. If you absolutely need to see a teller, be prepared to wait. Otherwise, always perform your transactions using the atm.
