Made it smaller so now you have to wait over hour to get to Teller us bank do better.
Came to deposit checks in ATM. Not working, yet again. Went to drive up, not greeted or acknowledged after an extended wait. Another person came to window, took the two checks stamped for deposit only, with my company name, and account number. I got my receipt and left. I later checked my balance; the deposit was not there. I looked at my receipt, wrong account. The Bank was not crowded or busy, the checks were stamped with bank provided stamp, so what excuse, other than just not caring, is there to offer? 3769.47 gone. Not ... read more
This bank is so slow! You have employees working here right?? Doesn't matter what time of the day. I can expect to be there at least 30 minutes. Also since when is a check held for 10 days?!?! Do you know or understand the problems that has arise because I am still waiting on funds being released?? I don't recommended this bank to anyone. Employees are nice.
This senior has used this banking institution since 2006 and the people have always been professional and helpful. A new senior resident of Roseburg and they have helped me out consistently. Thank you folks.
