This bank is so slow! You have employees working here right?? Doesn't matter what time of the day. I can expect to be there at least 30 minutes. Also since when is a check held for 10 days?!?! Do you know or understand the problems that has arise because I am still waiting on funds being released?? I don't recommended this bank to anyone. Employees are nice.
This senior has used this banking institution since 2006 and the people have always been professional and helpful. A new senior resident of Roseburg and they have helped me out consistently. Thank you folks.
Who is in charge of this branch. Is there really no one available to answer the phone? UPDATE: It only took 9 minutes to respond to my google review, but can't get someone to answer the phone, what a crazy world we live in. I called the 24/7 service team, they couldn't help me because it's a branch specific question. It'd be great if you could just give me a phone number so I can talk to someone.
I love these people. You potty mouths need to find some place else to be. They have all acted in a very professional manner at all times. Never forget that. I luv u guys. Keep up the awesome work.
