I've been a customer of US Bank in Roseburg for about 7 years. I started a business from scratch and I have my business account there. They were so kind and helpful when I came in a complete newbie to business banking. Service is always prompt, courteous, and professional. Of course sometimes you get there right when everyone else in town decided to go to the bank and there's a line--what bank doesn't have that now and again? But they always do their best. I highly recommend this bank!
I have been with U.S. Bank for at least 10 years now, since moving to Roseburg a year ago and from where I came from. I have always been treated professionally and with quick and friendly service in both places.
