Love this branch so much! The other two are okay, but most times when I go to them the staff don't know what they're doing (I've had to pay fees that did not apply to me, just cause newbies didn't know the drill), the lines are insane during peak hours/days, and, although it's nice on the slow days, the teller's are always super talkative even when there are clearly people waiting. This was very much a five star branch of US Bank. Unfortunately they have permanently closed the location. I just tried to stop in today and was disappointed.

The staff inside Albertsons have always been great. I started cashing my work checks here when I didn't have an account open with US Bank. Now that I finally open an account I get notified that your closing this branch. This branch is open 7 days a week, and has late hours, which a lot of people need since they work. I hope that US Bank will accommodates their clients and have at least one of the other branches in Roseburg open half day on Saturdays like most of the other banks in town.

We wanted to setup an automatic payment for a RTV that we had purchased and were told by another banker at another branch that we had to do it through Kubota online but when we we asked Danial Weaver he took the Time to get it all set up. It was a real pain in the butt! But Mr. Weaver set it up for us although there were several “hoops” to jump through. His professionalism and great customer service skills were something you don’t see at your normal big banks. Simply a joy to work with!
