The young man that was at the Service Desk, was very rude. I've been a customer of this bank going on 3 years. I waited for nearly half an hour to get Service. Then he made me feel like I was some one who walked in off the street, instead of a regular US Bank customer.
Most piss-poor excuse for customer service you’ll ever see. They will sit chatting for 10 minutes with you sitting in the drive through before they acknowledge you. What a JOKE.
Bad Bank, you put money in and they think it is theirs and do not want to give it back(IRA). Nasty people to deal with.
I have never not had to wait at this bank. It takes at minimum 10 minutes to get threw the drive through! I'm sitting in line at the drive through and have been for 9 minutes now and no one has even greeted me yet! If I could take my mortgage loan and go somewhere else I would!
