After hundreds of thousands of dollars they lied left me stranded with handicap children . Policy says immediately you will have some funds but if you owe six dollars they froze 8,000 dollar deposit after telling me to drive halfway across the state. The young man that was at the Service Desk, was very rude. I've been a customer of this bank going on 3 years. I waited for nearly half an hour to get Service. Then he made me feel like I was some one who walked in off the street, instead of a regular US Bank customer.
