Staff are unprofessional and rude!
sitting in drive thru service. been 15 minutes and the person hasn't returned. this is a horrible location......HIRE PEOPLE to provide the very service customers are paying for
U.S. Bank has been the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with in my life. If you need help at all, you cannot find a human being to talk to you. It’s automated and a robot. But if you’re late with one payment, then they get a hold of you with a human being. I will never bank with U.S. Bank again. I will never get a loan through U.S. Bank or a credit card card. Terrible!
All the staff are amazing. So helpful in setting up accounts, answering questions, etc. always prompt and very professional.
