I stood in line with my 85 year old mother just to get some cash. There were 5 of us in line. There was one teller who answered a phone call that took approximately 10-15 minutes. As we listened to her explain how this person could do something online, my mother was getting tired. There were two other bank workers in the bank, but they did not help. Why have the teller answer the phone? Horrible practice. I have been with US Bank for 30 years and I'm so disappointed ☹️

It’s very clean and all the staff are very friendly and very good service
The worst bank (can I Give ZERO STARS) do not trust them with your money. They have messed up my mothers account so badly, promised to make it right, and after three months have stopped returning calls! Bank Manager Javier Alvarado and Dist. Manager Robert Stanton both should be ashamed to be leading this national bank and their employees. Again do NOT trust them with your money - go to another branch or better yet a different bank all together.
Horrible customer service at this branch. Go to the one in Corning where they know how to be pleasant and not act stuck up.
