Very bad customer service in Hastings Nebraska. They treat you really bad and they always looking for excuses not to provide the service you need.
This institution has to be one of the worst banks in America. I have had nothing but issues with this bank since they took over my mortgage. Absolutely incompetent people and leadership. They double paid my taxes, told me I am responsible for their mistake, they claim they don’t have email, refuse to provide evidence of any correspondence on your account, and they have analyzed my escrow account three times and three times they have gotten it wrong. I don't really care for the lack of effort put into their phone service.. along with inconsistencies from agent to agent.. my card got frozen.. was given 3 different reasons on why, none of them were correct.. a month later, my account is still frozen for apparently no reason.. I
