Fantastic experience at this branch. Very professional, patient, and knowledgeable staff. Answered all questions. Opened several accounts, personal and business. Transferred all of my banking from BofA and rid myself of their horrible customer service.

Was stranded in a parking lot all night because my card wouldn't work. Was told I called and requested a cancelation of the card which I have not done (if it was a request wouldnt they send you a new card) they refuse to help put me on hold with out telling me and never came back on the line transfered 4 times and not a lick of help. Never do business with these people. Do not do business with this bank they are thief's and crooks.
