Was stranded in a parking lot all night because my card wouldn't work. Was told I called and requested a cancelation of the card which I have not done (if it was a request wouldnt they send you a new card) they refuse to help put me on hold with out telling me and never came back on the line transfered 4 times and not a lick of help. Never do business with these people. Do not do business with this bank they are thief's and crooks.

Atm went down in the middle of my deposit was told I would get a provisional credit and then told it would be 10 business days, for your companies understanding this is the definition of a provisional credit since your company is not intelligent enough to honor the true meaning-a temporary credit, in the amount of the disputed transaction, that is applied to your account while your bank or credit card company completes their investigation.
