I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Austin. He assisted me with some very serious identity theft issues. He was knowledgeable, kind & empathetic. He helped me get everything straightened out, told me what steps to take next, and provided me with multiple useful resources. He went above and beyond and I could never thank him enough! He made a very stressful and upsetting situation a lot more manageable. Thank you Austin!
Cashing checks FROM U.S. bank still cost $7. Unless you get an account….. then you can pay the monthly fees…. They get you coming and going. I cannot choose who the V.A. Writes me a check through. But I can be penalized for their decision.

The ATM at this bank literally never works. I’ve been with them for years and in the past year it’s worked maybe once out of every 15 times I’ve needed to use it. Don’t worry if they’re open you can wait 30-40 minutes in the drive thru line then 20 more once you get up to it. If they’re not you’re going to have to pay ATM fees at another bank because it’s the only branch. I don’t recommend US bank for anyone in Richmond solely because this branch is going to end up making you pay ATM fees constantly.
