ATM never works. Charge a fee to come in and withdraw
it was my first time opening a bank account and they were really friendly! they were very understanding and explained everything very well!! i definitely recommend here if you’re opening one for the first time!
Richmond us branch has good service. Jordan is fantastic and has helped me many times Jordan knows how to do it all and is willing to help anytime. Us bank should be proud of her. I don’t believe they could have a better employee.
