I have bank accounts in some institutions and have always appreciated the friendly staff, but Paolo is top-notch. My experience setting up a new account with Amanda was very good. She was pleasant and explained each step.
Its hard to recommend this bank. Although many of the staff are friendly, there are just too many problems and unpleasant experiences to make it worthwhile. I have had to frequently wait 20-30min to make a simple cash or check deposit, when this could be done in 3 min standard at another bank. Their systems are often “down” as they say which creates problems when you go there to conduct business and none of their systems work! Many of their policies also just dont make sense. My family and I arrived at 4pm. We were there to open my 15 year old's first savings account. We were excited to start her off and have personal help with acaring, helpful banker. I have been with USBank for ever. They were my first savings and checkings accounts as well. There were 2 tellers and 2 bankers; one banker was assisting a young man and the other was free. I legally changed my name recently and I'd been dreading going to the bank to update my account. I've been using US Bank for a long time, and I've never felt so welcome and well taken care of as I did today. Leslie is fantastic, warm, and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
