The service costumer is horrible, this Lady named Erika told me that i had to change my first last name on my card. I always use my second last name and I’ve been with US bank for 5 years and no one is going to tell what they want me to do. And I went to pick up my replacement card, she didn’t let me activated it myself when i have done before at my other bank. The teller Erica is extremely rude and I refuse to bank at this location until she no longer works here.
I’ve been with this bank for over 10yrs, anytime Ive needed anything they’ve been there to help! Always professional, always courteous! I can’t remember a time I had to wait over 5min for anything. Martha was always there for advice. And recently dealt with there new manager Barry, and he was very helpful and courteous as well! In short, I love this bank! Can’t imagine banking anywhere else.
