Hours are 9:30-4. Lobby is not open. Can’t go before work, can’t go after work, can’t go on lunch unless I have 45 minutes to sit in the drive through. There is one woman working at this branch who is GREAT. All others can’t follow a simple request to cash and deposit my check so it doesn’t take several days to deposit (which is also ridiculous). So I visit this US bank to take money off my card. The ATM machine takes my card literally for no reason at all so I have to wait until Monday to talk to someone to get it back. I call Monday and whoever I spoke with, told me I could come in Sat to pick up my card with my ID since my work hours are the same as their open business hours. I get a call Tuesday while I'm at work saying that they Cut up my card because it was NOT "A US BANK CARD" -\-\-\-\-\-\although i HAD SPOKEN WITH SOMEONE AND THEY TOLD ME TO COME IN SATURDAY ... read more
As a 20+ year long customer, I've always been happy with the service I've received from US Bank. Always very friendly bank tellers, and I'm impressed that they often remeber me, making it feel more personal. Zero complaints, and the rare times I had an overdraft fee, they've been kind enough to waive it.
This branch has terrible customer service. I had a pretty large amount of cash get stuck in their atm while trying to make a deposit. I was given a receipt with an 800 number to call. I called the number explaining that this cash was for my taxes and needed it into my account ASAP. After patiently waiting for them to verify the amount, I called back 2 days later.
