This branch of US BANK is why I bank at US BANK. They are the best! I guess any business can have an off day, but for me the care at this bank is consistently warm, knowledgeable and helpful.
LOL, guy claiming to have been in banking since 1999 said he had never heard of a cash/ deposit secured loan. Interesting fact is farmers and merchants bank two blocks down from this US bank where this guy claim to have never heard of such a loan offers such a loan and a quick Google search netted many results for cash deposited secured loans as in you’ll put your money in a savings account they put a hold on the amount you want to borrow and give you a loan for that amount. In all of my interactions with this branch, EACH employee goes well above and beyond my expectations. I have received assistance from Tellers, Personal Bankers, and the Branch Manager Josh, too. In EVERY encounter, their service is nothing shy of exceptional. Even when I have failed to bring necessary documentation, they are sympathetic and understanding to the situation, thoroughly explain exactly what I do need to bring to complete my transaction, and always thank me for my business. I have been a customer of US since I was 16 (11 years ago). I have not yet had a single problem with this bank. The staff is always happy to help with whatever they can. Branch manager knows his stuff.
