Recently moved to Troy. My children and I needed to find a local bank. The staff was kind during the process and even took the time to explain to my children how the app worked, deposit slips, debit cards etc. One of the best banking experiences we have had in a long time from any banking company.
I stopped in with a bucket of change and they used their automatic counter for me and deposited it into my account.
