I have been downtown Mols looking for a place to cash in jars and jars of change, with little luck but then something amazing happened. I was told to try US Bank at the IDS Center. I went in and the teller was bright and sunshiny and said, “Great, we will do it, no problem!”. No fees, and I’m not a customer! It took 3 min and was a fantastic and crazy simple process done by friendly, helpful and totally competent staff! Loved it!
U.S. Banks stopped allowing you to send money to people unless they have a Zelle account, or you want to do a $30 wire transfer (that will also cost the recipient money). Very electronically unfriendly.

Got a card printed here. Specifically asked the man at the counter if running it for 2000 with the plumber. Told them if there would be a problem I would need a check. The clerk says no problem at all just swipe the card. Lo and behold it has a limit of 1000 on it that us bank is not willing to remove. Had to call and beg various people to let me use their cards for the balance past 1000. Possibly the most humiliating experience of my life because these clowns don't know how to do their job and lie for fun
Do not try this credit card. Payments applied late then no service. You will Waste allot of time.
