The whole team knows me by name as soon as I walk in. If I have a question they know the answer. Glad to have a great banking family.
This branch has repeatedly lied to me. With accounts opened 10 years ago or more, you would think they would be considerate and consistent in their help - but no. If you call, expect short tempered people with little care to help and gaslighting. Don’t believe what they say and double check by googling or calling another branch. Not exactly sure what the problem is with this bank. My friend lives there and has a bank account with you. I live out of state and bank with US Bank as well. Each time he goes to transfer money from his account to mine the internet is down. Why is that always a problem with this bank?
A while back they Said some weird stuff to me about coming in while wearing all black and having a deposit bag that was from my work..yall gotta keep it professional.
