I've been with the US Bank for over 20 years now. There was fraud on my account... JD took excellent care of me. I could tell that I was more than just a number. He genuinely cared that things got resolved on my account. Even though they were close to closing and short-staffed, he saw me anyway. Thank you JD
We travel to Lincoln City several times a year. A few times for 4 days stays, Twice a year for 2 weeks and for 30 days in Sept. Its nice to have a branch of my bank here. I have been visiting this bank for many years and have always received prompt and courteous service. Everyone I have encountered has been very professional and personable.
