When you call the 800 number for help with your account, you come across the most RUDE people I have ever talked to. For this reason, after being a customer of US Bank for a long time, my time has ended today.

This bank is already rubbing me the wrong way. Sunday I dropped a bank from the state of California into the drop box to be deposited into my account. Tuesday I call to see why is the check not pending but I’m advised that I need to bring in paperwork because they believe it to be fraudulent even though there is a verification line on the check.
