They made me feel like some kind of fraud or scammer when trying to withdraw money from my own checking account. It took over an hour for a very simple withdrawal. Treated extremely poorly. Will be closing my account and going elsewhere. If you are looking at opening an account here, I would advise you to go to any other bank. There are many others to choose from. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
