I love us bank ive been banking with them since i could have a bank account on my own. But when I came in here to refinance my car I worked with Tawana and she gave wrong information. When I spoke with her on the phone she told me my payments would come out on the 10th but they come out on the 27th. I did resolve this with someone else but i shouldn’t have to. Then she asks me a second time about a credit card being pushy after i said no already. so i ask a few questions and its a credit card thats interest free for 21 month... read more
