Went to open an account so I could deposit my $108,000 settlement check and the employees, one being a manager, refused to open an account for me because it takes too long and they were preparing to close in 45 minutes. Don’t use this bank...they won’t even help you during business hours. This happened at U.S Bank’s Northside of Chicago location (1325 Howard Ave, Evanston, IL). Worst service ever. Your loss U.S Bank.
