I am not happy at all with this bank. When I drive up to Drive Thru, no one is ever there. I usually wait five minutes or more. Every time I have to press the alarm button telling employees inside people are outside waiting to be served. Today I waited ten minutes. I did press the alarm button, but no one came to the window. I drive around to the front of the building and unhappily step inside. There, the clerk is helping a lady out having conversation about anything that has nothing to do with the transaction.
