Zero stars if Google allowed. This review applies to U.S. bank which lists it's address as 200 South 6th Street Minneapolis, MN. Amazon recently switched from using Amex as the issuer of their Prime Business card to U.S. Bank. Amex customer service sets the mark that all financial institutions should strive to achieve. U.S. Bank isn't striving to achieve anything other than to alienate Amazon's customers. This Bank location used my credit info to run my credit report. I do not have US Bank and I do not live in Minnesota. Incredible amount of fraud going on at this location!!! Someone need to investigate!!
This was my first time here, but I pass by it often because one of our offices is within the Capella tower. Today I decided to randomly pull out some cash to pay a bill, and I had the pleasure of meeting Kieaurie. Kieaurie has some of the best customer service I have ever received, not just at a bank, but in life! She was helpful, personable, and I truly commend her on her professionalism. Thanks Kieaurie!!! I will come back again in the near future just to say hi to you again.
This branch let somebody apply for a credit card with my SSN. Now I've been on hold for several hours and spent two days trying to flag it as fraud and close the account - with NO response. Don't you have security measures to ensure the person in front of you isn't giving you fraudulent information? My credit score has been negatively impacted. I will make sure to never bank with US Bank.
