Not personable very nasty attitude at this location from lead bankers to some of the tellers, the bankers in Lunds are way better sad truth Talking about I could do my business online how about I like to come in
If I could give this place a zero. Customer service is horrible. Blonde woman with an accent is rude and unhelpful each time I’ve had to deal with her. Get her out of there. She’s terrible.
Huge thank you to Navina Odland branch manager! Well, she and two different clerks at the counters were able to help me with a very complicated situation in a timely manner while being very respectful and extremely helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this branch. They did a fantastic job. Thank you again!
