Personal bankers are competent and friendly. The tellers are disengaged.
There's only ever one teller working the counter here, regardless of the line length. Yet there are plenty of other employees around, wasting time and talking football while people wait.
The staff routinely gave me bad information that resulted in me paying fees. They also refused to accept payment on a credit card "because their system would not allow it" even though I had been paying the same way every payday for over a year. I had to go to another branch to pay off my credit card.

I have no idea what all these complaints are all about I have been with this bank for several years And I have no complaints whatsoever... Some people keeping check their attitude, sometimes you get what you ask for ! I personally highly recommend, this particular Branch or any of them I love this bank much more than I ever did with Wells Fargo or TCF..
