If I could give this place a zero. Customer service is horrible. Blonde woman with an accent is rude and unhelpful each time I’ve had to deal with her. Get her out of there. She’s terrible.
Huge thank you to Navina Odland branch manager! Well, she and two different clerks at the counters were able to help me with a very complicated situation in a timely manner while being very respectful and extremely helpful and I will definitely be coming back to this branch. My family and I usually receive service from Lana. We’re very satisfied with her — she’s always friendly, attentive, and highly professional. It’s always a pleasure to speak with her, and we appreciate the care and consistency she provides. Today I came to the bank with my friend to help her with some questions.
