This is not necessarily a problem with this branch, but more of a problem with US Bank in general. This is my local branch, so here I am. I'm a 20-year customer. I use Mobile deposit frequently. Honestly, it seems like a little scam that US Bank is running to get more overdraft fees. Monday I deposited a check from the same vendor that I've been getting the check from weekly for 5 years, it got flagged and half of the money will not go in for an entire week. Consistently of the outstanding customer and a sincere concern to resolve my issue. I inquired about a new product line that dovetailed with my finances. I found the customer service and the products offered to be exceptional. Personal, informative, and knowledgeable staff. I live in Anderson Township Ohio.
