This is not necessarily a problem with this branch, but more of a problem with US Bank in general. This is my local branch, so here I am. I'm a 20-year customer. I use Mobile deposit frequently. Honestly, it seems like a little scam that US Bank is running to get more overdraft fees. Monday I deposited a check from the same vendor that I've been getting the check from weekly for 5 years, it got flagged and half of the money will not go in for an entire week. Consistently of the outstanding customer and a sincere concern to resolve my issue. I inquired about a new product line that dovetailed with my finances. I found the customer service and the products offered to be exceptional. Personal, informative, and knowledgeable staff. I live in Anderson Township Ohio. Great employees every single visit to this branch!
The manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. After getting started on a relatively easy banking task, a teller asked her manager to help out because of a computer issue. The manager approached and told us that she had a virtual meeting to go to and could not help us. She told us to make an appointment for another time. When we asked if there was another location that could help us, she said “no” without offering any solution other than making an appointment for a week later.
