For a Main St/downtown location, this bank has the worst hours. Not open until 9:30, and not even open on Saturdays when downtown is super busy. Makes no sense at all, since this one likely gets the most foot traffic than the other location. Makes actually doing business with them super difficult.
I sat in their drive thru for 20 minutes tonight waiting for a deposit receipt. I finally drove off since I was tired of watching employees leave. Wouldn't good customer service mean waiting customers are helped before employees leave? This is not the first time this has happened. It would have been faster to drive to the other branch across town for service. I wonder if management is aware of how long customers using the drive up are forced to cool their heels? This branch has really stepped things up. Josh usually is the banker I see. They are all kind and professional. My experience here is stellar
