Teller was extremely rude
I would rate the branch manager Sam lower if possible. He is frustrating over the phone. Frustrating in person. Sensitive topics and he could care less. He's told me on the phone previously to call back another time when he was less busy. Apparently, I have a Cyrstal ball that will somehow show and tell me when he believes is the right time to call him. Instead, I took it as his way of saying that my service needs weren't important enough to deal with. Nice customer service. Not. In person, he's just as frustrating. Guessing... read more
Staff acted unprofessional and gave the wrong information. When I went in the second time with the information I was told that I needed, they told me different things than before.
