I would rate the branch manager Sam lower if possible. He is frustrating over the phone. Frustrating in person. Sensitive topics and he could care less. He's told me on the phone previously to call back another time when he was less busy. Apparently, I have a Cyrstal ball that will somehow show and tell me when he believes is the right time to call him. Staff acted unprofessional and gave the wrong information. When I went in the second time with the information I was told that I needed, they told me different things than before.

I would like to give this branch zero stars if I could. I am only writing this review because this is my third time going into this branch and not being serviced. There were only 2 people behind the counter for this one. I needed something notarized and was told to sit. The initial teller let me know that there were two notaries available and both were helping other customers.
