I deposited money in the ATM and it took my money and it didn’t deposit it. It’s gonna take up to seven days maybe even more to get my money back. Imagine if I deposited all my bill money which is over 5000 a month for them to not be able to resolve the issue immediately going to close out my bank here immediately .

Branch manager Sam was friendly, caring, and understanding. He suggested that we work on the phone—he understands that I have severe mobility issues. Over the phone he carefully and patiently helped understand and get through some complicated steps on the mobile app. Sam showed that old fashioned great customer service that we don’t see much of. Edited: They are fantastic to work with and have been so responsive to all my banking needs over the years (apologies for leaving an earlier negative review). Tosha is great as is the bank manager. Our entire family banks with them and we appreciate all their help.
