The US Bank at Market Meadows in Naperville has been my home branch for 15 years now. I am old school and prefer going inside as opposed to online banking. Every single staff member and the 3 branch managers that I have known have ALL gone above and beyond. I am constantly greeted by name, treated like family, I never have a long wait. If you want to experience rudeness and discomfort, use this branch. The staff deal with customers while chewing gum and candy in their mouths. They have no professional knowledge of how to treat customers. It was my mistake to try a new bank after using a major bank like Chase Bank. I wasted a valuable 2–3 hours of my time, and the issue was not resolved. The best solution is not to use this place at all.
I went into this branch with an extremely messy situation I could only resolve in person. The banker who helped me was amicable and very good at her job.
Someone in this branch may sell my information to else . I got quite a lot annoying calls from outside regarding loans and similar. They are the only bank I am talking to increase credit card limit. However, an account manager M_ tried to trick me to get loans instead.
