This bank is a pleasant experience every time the staff is so wonderful and I appreciate the good customer service that I receive every time with compassion and a smile and has accurate and on point every time as well
Been on hold for over an hour for the 4th time today with the same on-going issue with "Cafe" the Credit card depart, for 4 days now...I try to use my card to make a purchase and when ever I do it's flagged for fraud and my card gets locked...very inconvenient and a waist of my time....
