I am writing to express my frustration regarding my experience at your drive-through window this morning, following the federal holiday. I waited for approximately 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. There was no sign or notification indicating that the drive-through was closed or short-staffed, which left me waiting unnecessarily when I was not well enough to come inside. Drive-thru is exceptionally slow took about 15 minutes to simply deposit. And they weren't busy not many cars in the lot just slow slow slow slow slow
Waited nearly 2 hour and after giving them all the documents and information they need still no account open ( just a personal account) , they said it need to be review after 5 days got a call saying got approved then another call say sorry some one doesnt approved it so back to square 1 . This bank is a joke
