Tried to go get a bank account but the woman working says “it’s going to get hectic here and there’s only 2 of us” how many people do you need to get an account? Keeping in mind that there was only 1 customer inside and he was leaving. When I was driving away, she was just on her phone. I saw her through the window. Will not return.
Very accommodating staff. They listen to what you have to say and what you need done.
I am writing to express my frustration regarding my experience at your drive-through window this morning, following the federal holiday. I waited for approximately 30 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. There was no sign or notification indicating that the drive-through was closed or short-staffed, which left me waiting unnecessarily when I was not well enough to come inside. Drive-thru is exceptionally slow took about 15 minutes to simply deposit. And they weren't busy not many cars in the lot just slow slow slow slow slow
