Since Brian is no longer running the branch, this place has gone downhill. Tyler does not know how to run this shop, and every time I walk in there, I wonder what is going to go sideways this time. Tyler has very little interactions with customers and lacks take-charge leadership when it comes to problems. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Have had accounts with US Bank for over 12 years. Never had any problems with any of the national branches in our travels. Always great people staffing their locations.
I call to ask for assistance with a CD and the banker tells me they cannot do so over the phone. Another random banker calls 5 days later asking what they can do to help with the CD after they see the amount of funds in my accounts. Was it incorrect information by the first banker or motivation to assist when a person has increased funds.
