Horrible!
I had a very bad experience. It had already been a very sad day for me. I went to the the US Bank at Belleville location in Schnucks. I Proceed to walk in to the counter and the lady was very harsh saying we are close we can’t help you. I said ok you don’t have to mean about. The young lady that was checking out near by even heard her. So I asked her did you hear how mean she said that, the lady just laughed and said sorry. This branch should be closed. I'm done banking at this branch. The inefficient office paperwork flow is positively horrible at best. This branch is the red headed stepchild from hell. My advice go to a main branch.
THIS BANK IS ON THE INSIDE OF SCHNUCKS GROCERY STORE. When you walk into the store, the bank will be on your left. Lol just for those who may not be from around this area. Decent service, the staff was nice, you might have a wait on your hands due to this being a very small location with usually 1-2 people working.
