The people at this branch where VERY helpful on multiple occasions. I can't fault them. (The corporate office, on the other hand, was very unhelpful to an extreme.)

I had a very bad experience. It had already been a very sad day for me. I went to the the US Bank at Belleville location in Schnucks. I Proceed to walk in to the counter and the lady was very harsh saying we are close we can’t help you. I said ok you don’t have to mean about. The young lady that was checking out near by even heard her. So I asked her did you hear how mean she said that, the lady just laughed and said sorry.
