I needed to make an international wire transfer. This is not possible on the US Bank app (like Wells Fargo). I went to the branch in Brainerd arriving at 2:50pm. The teller was quick to tell me I had already missed the cutoff of 3:30pm. The teller next to him left his customer hanging to join in to tell me all the reasons they couldn't help me & that I would "need to make an appointment and come back tomorrow."
