Horrible customer service or lack there of. I’ve banked with them for 14 years and had nothing but problems. Highly recommend going to a local bank or credit union.
First lobby visit and this location and it was a fantastic experience. I was greeted by Karissa and asked how the she could be of assistance. She was very helpful and took the extra step of making photocopies of the checks I was depositing. All around great service!
Had fraud issues with my acc. Sheila took great care and time to remedy any issues. Than Luke helped track all my account balances and was so helpful and eager to please. Appreciate both of them. Glad I am a customer there.
I have never been here and waited less than 40 minutes. Really needs more or faster employees. Maybe both.
This branch in particular is the worst u s bank branch that I have ever been to in five different states.
