I have called this location during business hours on 3 separate occasions and cannot get through to a real person. This has created me to call other locations, as they typically answer. The automatic system is a headache. I don’t need to know the address or hours, all that can be looked up on google where I found the number to call. I don’t need to know my balance, because there is an app for that. What happened to calling a company and being routed to a person?
This breach make easy thinks in difficult ways
Us bank used to have a branch in pine river mn ,by the way really good people worked there,but i have no words for the brainerd branch people working there are nothing like it , I've been a us bank user for long time and never ever been so disappointed in my life,went to make a check deposit and get some cash and the guy who help me there was acting like it was making me a favor doing this ,i actually have to go to a different bank!
I knew coming to this bank from one that semi spoils you was going to be a problem. You don't get your debit card or pin together, its old fashioned and that's coming from a Gen X. Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes before a "banker" can help you is complete BS. Did I mention the fact they are not open on Saturdays and won't help you over the phone. I am beyond pissed off due to their operations. It IS NOT customers first its money give me money..go somewhere else!
