I needed to make an international wire transfer. This is not possible on the US Bank app (like Wells Fargo). I went to the branch in Brainerd arriving at 2:50pm. The teller was quick to tell me I had already missed the cutoff of 3:30pm. The teller next to him left his customer hanging to join in to tell me all the reasons they couldn't help me & that I would "need to make an appointment and come back tomorrow." I have called this location during business hours on 3 separate occasions and cannot get through to a real person. This has created me to call other locations, as they typically answer. The automatic system is a headache. I don’t need to know the address or hours, all that can be looked up on google where I found the number to call. I don’t need to know my balance, because there is an app for that. What happened to calling a company and being routed to a person?
This breach make easy thinks in difficult ways
Us bank used to have a branch in pine river mn ,by the way really good people worked there,but i have no words for the brainerd branch people working there are nothing like it , I've been a us bank user for long time and never ever been so disappointed in my life,went to make a check deposit and get some cash and the guy who help me there was acting like it was making me a favor doing this ,i actually have to go to a different bank!
