Us bank used to have a branch in pine river mn ,by the way really good people worked there,but i have no words for the brainerd branch people working there are nothing like it , I've been a us bank user for long time and never ever been so disappointed in my life,went to make a check deposit and get some cash and the guy who help me there was acting like it was making me a favor doing this ,i actually have to go to a different bank!
I knew coming to this bank from one that semi spoils you was going to be a problem. You don't get your debit card or pin together, its old fashioned and that's coming from a Gen X. Waiting on the phone for 30 minutes before a "banker" can help you is complete BS. Did I mention the fact they are not open on Saturdays and won't help you over the phone. I am beyond pissed off due to their operations. It IS NOT customers first its money give me money..go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service or lack there of. I’ve banked with them for 14 years and had nothing but problems. Highly recommend going to a local bank or credit union.
First lobby visit and this location and it was a fantastic experience. I was greeted by Karissa and asked how the she could be of assistance. She was very helpful and took the extra step of making photocopies of the checks I was depositing. All around great service!
