I had come into the branch at McGillivray and 164th Ave to cash a check. I was helped by Michal De Candia, she was very condescending towards me. I was/am in the process of also looking at banks to move my businss accounts to. Due to the attitude and treatment, I will not be using them for my business or personal accounts.
Amy helped me and was super fast and super nice will come back again building is also nice and had free water
This bank doesn't seem to need customers. Nick seems to be angry with everyone. He can't update our data in the system, but what's he really for? He's a terrible attendant. I just moved to Vancouver and needed to update my data, but he was terrible. Your service is deplorable, Nick.
Sad customer service - nick is the worst at his job- zero listening skills - no problem solving —zero understanding of how to deal with customers seeking answers not drama. Was told after complaining about him to the manager to steer clear of this is bank- you got it-
