I came into this town for a High School Graduation. To find a vehicle that I could not pass up. Off the hip purchase. Quick call to the branch office, walked me through, fast easy. The ease to get them, their needed information i needed for them. Me from a big city, this is the classic personal sevice, the city branches forget. Many clients going in and out. I felt I was the main client at the time I entered the lobby to the time I left.
Anytime I need to call this branch I get someone from another state or country. I was told if they don’t answer in three rings we get costumer service from anywho in the US. I’ve tried in several occasions and at different times. I never get through to a local employee.

Once again I'm left with no bank branch to make deposits with. Doors locked, lights off, no one in the building. I happen to enjoy all the staff at this branch, bbank. siness is business, and I can't work with a bank that isn't open for business. I am going to suggest my company switch me to another local banl.
