I tried ordering checks online...it wasn't working. Tried to call the branch and had to listen to a waste of time menu and they weren't answering phones so directed me to the 800 number. Again, I had to listen to some stupid assistant menu that didn't have the reason I was calling. I couldn't say order checks because the phone number to order checks wasn't working either. It kept saying it didn't recognize my account number...I entered correctly TWO times. So finally I get a CSR overseas. Too bad businesses don't care about ... read more

The staff here is amazing. Corporate could probably update the signage directing traffic flow (very dull and hard to read).

I unfortunately had to talk to a representative who did not understand English or speak it very well. I was under the impression that as long as my direct deposits equaled up to a certain amount each month that the monthly maintenance fee was waved. I'm beyond frustrated after explaining multiple times to the representative about my question. Now yay, I'm overdrawn. Wasted part of my lunch break on hold. I guess regardless of how much money that gets deposited into my account that I'll always be stuck with this fee. I think ... read more

We tried to do a wire transfer and were unable to do so without making an appointment. They told us we needed to come back a different day. We were the only people in the building and they were open for additional hour. Super unhelpful staff. Any other US Bank would have been able to do it. This location has always been an issue, they only want to shove a credit card down our throats. Was able to do a wire transfer in under 20 minutes by calling US Bank, shout out to Marcus online.
