I unfortunately had to talk to a representative who did not understand English or speak it very well. I was under the impression that as long as my direct deposits equaled up to a certain amount each month that the monthly maintenance fee was waved. I'm beyond frustrated after explaining multiple times to the representative about my question. Now yay, I'm overdrawn. Wasted part of my lunch break on hold. We tried to do a wire transfer and were unable to do so without making an appointment. They told us we needed to come back a different day. We were the only people in the building and they were open for additional hour. Super unhelpful staff. Any other US Bank would have been able to do it. This location has always been an issue, they only want to shove a credit card down our throats. Was able to do a wire transfer in under 20 minutes by calling US Bank, shout out to Marcus online.

Fix your phone tree. It’s messy, tedious and inaccurate. Allow customers to contact the branch directly. 25 minute wait time is not good customer service.
