We tried to do a wire transfer and were unable to do so without making an appointment. They told us we needed to come back a different day. We were the only people in the building and they were open for additional hour. Super unhelpful staff. Any other US Bank would have been able to do it. This location has always been an issue, they only want to shove a credit card down our throats. Was able to do a wire transfer in under 20 minutes by calling US Bank, shout out to Marcus online.

Fix your phone tree. It’s messy, tedious and inaccurate. Allow customers to contact the branch directly. 25 minute wait time is not good customer service.
I was at this branch today to send a wire transfer of JUST $800 and I have never had a banker interrogate me this much before and trying to discredit the legitimacy of my hard earned money. The lady had to make me show her all my other banks to check my banking transaction history. She went through my PNC and my Huntington bank accounts all in the name of making sure I am not doing fraud.
