Every year since I opened the account (3yrs) my debit card was locked during Christmas shopping, spent hours and sometimes days trying to get customer service to help unlock the card. Customer service her is an absolute joke. Go to SUMMIT CREDIT UNION. yes, SUMMIT CREDIT UNION has had zero issues F$@# USBank

I have never had any problems with the staff or anything at the portage branches. I have banked there since 1998
Just called to transfer money over not did the lady have the wrong account number and person she had quite a tone with me repeating the balance on the savings. Going to stick to the madison or sun prairie us bank. Not happy.
