U.S. will find any way to make a buck off there customers. Horrible customer service. Do u.s. all a favor and close up.
US BANK is very thorough, friendly BANK. The fifth Street main branch in Eureka smells terrible from years ago plumbing flood. If you have trouble breathing do not go in. They also are real bad on giving back over charges. I have had over drafts and could not pay my medication because they would not work with me. Yes it was not any fault of the bank. My Workmen’s Comp. was delayed almost 4 days due to their error in accounting. This caused some automatic withdraws such as Netflix and life insurance and health insurance bounc... read more
There are two branches in Eureka, and this is by far the better of the two. Specifically the hours and service are superior. For instance I am about to head there now, on a Sunday.
