I am forced to work with US Bank because my place of work does their banking/deposits with US Bank. I cannot tell you how many times I've been stuck waiting in line for 15-20 minutes to do a simple deposit and change order, and today was the final straw. I had to leave them a negative review. After waiting in line at the drive through window for almost 10 minutes, I finally pull up to the main teller window. I needed to make a deposit and needed 2 rolls of dimes for my work.
