Lady took my ID and forgot to put back in the drive in tube, but would not admit to it so now I don’t have a ID I gave her my ID and how I know that is because I withdraw money this was about two months ago back and this affected my life in a negative way

I give 5 stars because Ali he is not only a diligent worker but highly informative with knowledge of banking. He's patient and always pleasant. I feel that I'm always competent in making the best decisions with Ali. However, I have noticed that when I make cash deposits that don't appear on transactions and also credits for merchants, that's the only concern I have. How will I know my accurate balance if it's not appearing???
