Before Covid they had a lot of tellers. Now, they only have 1 or 2. Last time I visited the bank I had to leave after standing in line for 1/2 hour while 1 employee served the inside. I could go on but reading the management responses they just provide boiler plate language and PR statements that do not address the problem. Compare the Google reviews with other banks in the Dalles and you will notice that most banks address each problem personally.
Wonderful personable experience. Beth McFall is a great asset. She provided exceptional customer service above and beyond expectations.
The people that work here are really nice, but it's the absolute worst bank experience EVERY TIME. It's worse than going to the DMV in Los Angeles. You might as well drive to the Hood River branch and you'd be done quicker than getting what you need here.
4 Bankers and a single teller. 7 people in line. Time to cross train some people.
