Wonderful personable experience. Beth McFall is a great asset. She provided exceptional customer service above and beyond expectations.
The people that work here are really nice, but it's the absolute worst bank experience EVERY TIME. It's worse than going to the DMV in Los Angeles. You might as well drive to the Hood River branch and you'd be done quicker than getting what you need here.
4 Bankers and a single teller. 7 people in line. Time to cross train some people.

Representatives go the extra mile to answer your questions and meet your needs during your visit or with a follow-up call. I greatly appreciate the new account promotions that they often offer.
