I just today went to this branch to deposit a check and they managed to deposit it into someone else's account. When I noticed after I got home I went back to the bank. From there it immediately became apparent that the bank's main concern was protecting themselves and to heck with the customer. Instead of immediately rectifying their obvious mistake, I was told they couldn't return the check because they had to have it to make sure they got their money back first. I was very happy with my service inside. The teller was friendly and took care of what I needed in a timely matter. I needed something that wasn’t a usual transaction and expected a hassle but she made it quick and simple! God Bless people like her! We need more
