terrible service, There are ladies with bad character as if we came to ask for free money
There is plenty of parking. The parking lot, lobby, and main bank are always clean. The tellers always greet you upon entering. They are nice and helpful.
All personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to visit the Springfield branch.
