Myself and a senior friend of mine and only had good ezperiences here over the years. Can't speak to others experiences, but the employees here have been friendly and helpful.
Stay away from this branch. They provide zero customer service. They are grossly understaffed, and Jeremy Mullins does nothing about it. This branch has been bad for many years, but under his management it has become much, much worse. Just don't go there.
Very dissatisfied with this branch Wouldn't update information I asked them to. Every time I go in the teller pulls up the wrong address when I've given my new address numerous times to update. It might sound petty but it's ridiculous to me. Do your job please
Excellent, they always help me solve my problems. They speak different languages. Nice and very friendly staff.
