I have been banking with us bank for about four years now this branch has to be the most worst bank ever. The manager is RUDE !! And when you call the customer service line you never get anyone that even knows what they are talking about and half the time they dont speak English.

What a trashy bank. Can’t access online statements online anymore after I closed this account and they want to charge me $6 a statement. Garbage. Website is from 2006. Rude, snarky bankers there. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Only opened account for safe deposit bank discount.
