Wow! I'm very surprised at the negative comments in these reviews about service at the TM Branch of US Bank. My family has always had excellent service from all the staff at this bank - consistently welcoming and helpful. (Not always the case with 800# US Bank staff). I just read through some of these reviews in the course of entering my own, overdue review. I have been banking with us bank for about four years now this branch has to be the most worst bank ever. The manager is RUDE !! And when you call the customer service line you never get anyone that even knows what they are talking about and half the time they dont speak English.
