They've always been very respectful and very helpful I'm taking the time out to figure what your problem is and they help fix it all the girls and guys at Taylor Mill branch keep doing what you're doing you are magnificent and you know who you are thank you very much for your time

Wow! I'm very surprised at the negative comments in these reviews about service at the TM Branch of US Bank. My family has always had excellent service from all the staff at this bank - consistently welcoming and helpful. (Not always the case with 800# US Bank staff). I have been banking with us bank for about four years now this branch has to be the most worst bank ever. The manager is RUDE !! And when you call the customer service line you never get anyone that even knows what they are talking about and half the time they dont speak English.
