I was involved in a very sophisticated hacking scheme. I decided to drive to the branch office while the hacker was advising me on the phone. As soon as I got in the lobby, Aimee began interacting with the individual, asked for information that the individual was not able to provide and shut down the situation. The hack went deep enough to make closing down my checking account the prudent option which is a complicated deal when you have direct deposits and withdrawals. Even to the exstent of having personal passwords and reliable employees who will be there every day if u so choose to only deal with one person only for ur banking needs!
I’m currently in line at target and my debt card is being declined. This is embarrassing I’m on hold at the wausua plant. I called twice at 3:55 and 3:59 and the ladies put me on hold. I will come and cancel my us bank account of 12 years Friday. I will also change my home mortgage from Dean us bank to Covantage. I will also cancel my credit cards.
