I am a huge fan of US Bank but its automated phone operating system is absolute garbage. I just need to talk to a person(human being) to adjust an appointment time. Absolute garbage.
Fast and easy. They never get anything wrong. Usually good attitudes.
I would not come back to this location. It was busy, so instead of standing in line a man left and went through the drive through and was helped before all the rest of us patiently waiting in-line. The teller seemed unsure of what she was doing. If I hadn't been using US Bank for so long and had good experiences at other branches I would be switching to another bank if that would've been my only experience.
My bank teller was very helpful, knowledgeable, nice.
