DONT BANK HERE!!!!!...Horrible customer service. It takes forever to do a simple transaction(at least 15mins in line, 30 on a payday), but the biggest is if you get a overdraft fee due to someone else, they wont take it off. I do understand why, but you dont get anything helpful done they just send you off and if this is your actual bank, a phone banker cant help you and you are stuck paying fees that you shouldnt have to pay. Dont bank here for ANY reason!!!
