Very poor customer service! I was told an untrue statement at my last 2 visits at the Mayfair location. Then when I told them I have the truth, I was told what did I expect having a new account? I stated “the truth , what is so wrong with telling the truth?” I understand there are policies and procedures but don’t be dishonest!!
US Bank HATES their customers. This bank does not care about you. They are more than happy to screw you without so much as an apology.
Rude staff..horrible customer service.
