I am not familiar with those who have complained on this site about their ""terrible" experiences at this branch, I can only speak of my own experiences, and those which I have over heard while in the process of banking at the Wauwatosa branch. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Everyone in this branch is terrible at their jobs. I attempted to withdraw money from some CDs over the phone and was told it would be done. It was never done and the account holder passed away. I am now being forced into probate, costing me thousands of dollars because the people here are incompetent at their jobs.
